Client Services Associate
Ashley is a graduate of Quinnipiac University with a master’s degree in Special Education. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Western CT State University in Elementary Education with a concentration in English. After working in education for years, she joined Asset Management Group as a Client Services Associate.

Their primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues. They may also handle administrative tasks, such as opening new accounts, processing paperwork, and scheduling appointments. Other responsibilities of a Client Services Associate in a financial planning firm may include:
- Assisting clients with account maintenance, including updating contact information, beneficiary designations, and account ownership.

Ashley is currently working towards earning the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (PFQP) designation as a way to increase the insight and knowledge needed to excel in her profession. She also enjoys cooking, reading, CrossFit, and spending time with her family and her new puppy.
